Solaris Offgrid is our Pay-As-You-Go technology provider that is enabling us to reach our last-mile customers at little additional cost. Using their cutting-edge Customer Relationship Management application, we are able to remotely track our stock, sales agents, customers and payments. Using their PaygOps mobile application, our sales agents are able to manage the lanterns and send reminders to customers on upcoming payments. The data from the CRM has also been instrumental to measuring our impact.
